The National data is broken down into five regions of the country. All information in these regional reports is at the 50th percentile.

• Comprehensive state reports contain all data found in National Report, compensation, benefit, hospital and Emergency Department data and is reported at the 50th percentile
• Note: State reports can only be supplied on those states with a sufficient number of participating physicians. States with insufficient data must be combined with data of adjacent states in a customized report.
